Carolina Living
Live, Work, Play Fort Mill
From Kingsley, to Baxter Village, to our revitalized downtown, Fort Mill is thriving in the shopping and restaurant scenes. As you know, the greater Charlotte area affords you home ownership, continual growth, job opportunities, and excellent schools and universities. Located only 2 hours to the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains and 3-4 hours to the Carolina Coast. There are so many things to do and memories to be made right here in your own backyard.
Retreat to Rock Hill
Only 30 minutes from Charlotte and 15 minutes South of Fort Mill enter Rock Hill. Our next up and coming city with a downtown that is 'coming alive' and the Panthers Training Facility is moving in. Pictured is Fountain Park in downtown where you can enjoy restaurants, Amelie’s French Bakery and Cafe’, the Farmers Market, Overhead Station gift shop, art galleries and bookstores to name a few local favorites.
Two States, One Team
The Carolina Panthers, York County and the city of Rock Hill, SC will be transitioning the team’s headquarters to Rock Hill on a 200+acre site. Follow https://www.panthers.com/ and read all about the world-class sports complex and mixed-use development. First phase opening planned for 2023. Watch the Panthers “Keep Pounding” in the beautiful Uptown Charlotte Bank of America Stadium.
Enjoy the Sweet Carolina Air
Outdoor activities abound in York County. Pictured is River Walk located in Rock Hill. Enjoy exercising along the Catawba River, a beautiful and easy 3 mile walking trail (6 miles both ways). River Walk is a small and charming mixed-use living community, including businesses, shopping and several restaurants. The Pump House restaurant is a must! Around the corner is Lake Wylie for all your water fun, and Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill for historic sites, hiking and dog parks. Looking for something a little more low-key? Our farmers markets are sure to impress! My top choice is the Bush-N-Vine Farm in York, SC. Yes, we have a small town called York within York County. Follow this link Bush-N-Vine and visit the farm to see why the owner was named the Southeast 2021 Farmer of the Year! A wonderful family owned farm with AMAZING locally grown fruits and vegetables. PYO strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, you can even cut fresh flowers!
