The song, “Carolina in the Morning” is one my sweet mom would sing when I was growing up. “Nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina in the moooorning...” How true it is and there is no other place I would rather be. Community and Market Knowledge. Before real estate, I enjoyed 17 years as a corporate sales and marketing manager in Telecommunications. The most important part of my job is listening to my clients and delivering on their desired outcome. Clients know they are in good hands with my extensive knowledge of the greater Charlotte area, deep roots and network of resources. Understanding the NC and SC real estate documents and processes, not only as a General Broker, I also have experience selling new construction.
